If you would like to establish service with us, please call our office with the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Social Security Number*
- Driver’s License Number
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Name of Employer and Work Phone Number
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Name, Phone Number and City and State of an Additional Contact Person (if we can’t reach you, someone who can help us)
*Online Utility Exchange is used to verify the identity and perform a soft-hit credit check for all new customers, based on the Social Security Number (SSN). The soft-hit credit check determines whether or not a deposit will be required for the account; if a deposit is required, the amount of the deposit is based on the highest 2-month bill of the last 2 years at the location where service is being established.
- There is a $25 set-up charge for each service, which is billed on the first bill.
- There is no charge to disconnect service – please call the office to schedule.
