Skamania PUD processes ACH payments with Riverview Bank. Riverview notified our office of a payment processing issue that started when its processing vendor experienced major flooding in Des Moines, Iowa. The flooding occurred in a building which houses its processing equipment. The vendor was able to resolve the situation, but as the system came back online, some customer accounts were charged multiple times.
Riverview is working with its vendor to reverse inadvertent charges. If you still see multiple charges Monday morning, please contact our office at (509) 427-5126. We will work with Riverview to reverse the charges.
