Important Traffic Notice: Waterline Installation Project
Beginning November 5th, James Dean Construction will be installing a new waterline on Wind River Highway, just northeast of the west entrance to Carson.
Project Details:
- Estimated Duration: November 5 – December 3, 2025
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
- Traffic Impact: The southbound lane will be closed. Both northbound lanes will be coned off to create a two-way traffic zone. Flaggers will be on-site to direct traffic.
- Expected Delays: Up to 20 minutes
