Water meters sized ¾ inch (⅝ inches by ¾ inches) or 1 inch shall be furnished and set by the PUD only after the System Development Fee is paid by the landowner. Water meters will be set after the meter box and service piping are placed at proper finished grade.
Meters one and one-half inch (1 to ½ inches) and larger will be installed by the developer as part of the construction project only after the System Development Fee is paid by the landowner.
All irrigation systems require the installation of state certified backflow devices. Irrigation meters will be set and turned on after acceptance of the water system by the PUD.
Adjustments, repairs, or replacement of the service line after the meter shall be the responsibility of the property owner.
Any water service modifications requested by a property owner shall be billed by the PUD on a time and material basis.
