A residential property that is divided into more than (2) two lots or any commercial project will adhere to the following (this is in addition to the information provided in the handbook):
- Project may require a CAD drawing submission (case by case basis) prior to staking project.
- Upon receipt of finalized design drawing, Skamania PUD will put together a finalized estimate of the material and labor required for the project. At that time the customer is responsible to pre-pay 100% of the funds needed and the necessary equipment for the project will be ordered.
- Equipment that is ordered for a project can only be used for the project that it is designed for.
- Only the PUD can purchase transformers/electrical equipment needed for a project.
- Project may be subject to an engineering study fee which requires a $500 deposit. Customer is responsible for paying the balance of the engineering study.
- Any revisions to projects will result in a $250 revision fee
- All easements must be secured and/or recorded prior to energizing of equipment.
- Projects may be subject to an engineering study (case by case basis) at which time a $500 deposit will be required or customer can supply their own engineering study which has to be acceptable by the PUD.
- If a customer decides to not proceed with the project, they will be refunded for the uninstalled material less a 25% processing fee.
Note: PUD is not responsible for changes in cost and delivery time for electrical equipment.
