Automatic payments

COMING SOON! We are switching to a new software system – SmartHub – effective August 2, 2021.  If you are a customer who is currently enrolled in Autopay using a credit or debit card, you will need to re-register in SmartHub, starting August 2.  To register, you will need to use the primary name on your account and your new account number.  Please note, the new software is not available until August 2.    Affected customers were sent a letter with instruction.  Please call our office if you have any questions.

SmartHub is a web and mobile app that when fully implemented will allow our customers to pay their bill, view energy and water usage and even report power outages, by the click of a button.  Watch for further details on our home page and Facebook soon.
