Special Meeting Notice – Monday, January 16, 2017 at 7:30 AM

There will be a Special Meeting of Board of Commissioners on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 7:30 AM.  For the purpose of meeting in Executive Session as follows:

1. To review the qualifications of applicants for public employment pursuant to RCW 42.30.110 (1) (g) and

2. To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party pursuant to RCW 42.30.110.

Portions of the meeting may be take place in public as required or in the Board of Commissioners’ discretion.
