The following is important information regarding Resolution No. 2905 that was passed by the Commission of Public Utility District No. 1 of Skamania County on August 4, 2026, declaring a temporary moratorium of new non-residential water system connections for the Underwood Water System. The temporary moratorium was enacted to preserve adequate water capacity for existing customers and allow time for development of additional water source and storage projects to support future growth.
