We switched to a new software system – SmartHub – effective August 2, 2021. If you are a customer who is currently enrolled in Autopay or prefers to pay your bill online, you will need to register your account in SmartHub, starting August 2. To register, you will need to use the primary name on your account and your existing or new account number. You can register by visiting the SmartHub login, and selecting the “New User?” link at the bottom of the page.
SmartHub is a web and mobile app that is available for all customers. It will allow you to pay your bill, view energy and water usage and even report power outages, by the click of a button. Visit the SmartHub login to register, today!
