Whatever you need, feel free to call, email or stop by in person to discuss your questions with one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives. Representatives can be reached at (509) 427-5126 or (800) 922-5329 during regular office hours Monday through Thursday (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) or you may email Skamania Public Utility District (PUD). Some of the items you might want to discuss include the following:

  • Start/Stop service
  • Bill payment options – Skamania PUD has a variety of bill payment options to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Assistance programs
  • Request letter of credit for another utility
  • Update account – Keeping your account up to date with your current phone number, mailing address or email address helps Skamania PUD provide our customers with a higher level of service.
  • Report a non-emergency hazard – Contact customer service if you need to report a non-emergency hazard such as tree trimming or a leaning pole. If you see a downed power line call 911 immediately to report the location of the downed line then call the Public Utility District (PUD).
