Residential Rate
Basic Charge
- ¾ inch per month: $112.47
- 1 inch per month: $143.14
Usage Charge
- Tier 1 (0 to 200 cf): $0.0222 per cf
- Tier 2 (200 to 1,000 cf): $0.0445 per cf
- Tier 3 (1,000 to 6,000 cf): $0.0777 per cf
- Tier 4 (6,000+ cf): $0.0976 per cf
Non-Residential (Commercial, Industrial, Agriculture, Irrigation, Municipal)
Basic Charge
- ¾ inch per month: $145.08
- 1 inch per month: $184.65
- 1½ inch per month: $302.15
Usage Charge
- Tier 1 (0 to 200 cf): $0.0222 per cf
- Tier 2 (200 to 1,000 cf): $0.0445 per cf
- Tier 3 (1,000 to 6,000 cf): $0.0888 per cf
- Tier 4 (6,000+ cf): $0.1209 per cf
Monthly basic charge will apply to all meters (active and inactive).

System Development Fees
- Application Fee: $100
- Revision Fee: $100
- Minimum Charge: $300
Connect Fee
- 3/4 inch meter: $28,108
System Development Fees do not include installation costs which are invoiced to ratepayer on a time & material basis.
Real Estate Development Rates – (Fee based on Time & Materials)
- Engineering Study – Cost plus 10% and a $500 deposit may be required
Administrative & Collection Fees
- Set-up Charge: $25
- Late Fee (on balances >$25): $10
- Doorhanger or onsite collection during business hours: $50
- Returned Check or Insufficient Funds Fee: $35
- Returned Check or Insufficient Funds received on disconnect day(s): $75
