Rates

Residential Rate

Basic Charge

• ¾ inch per month: $61.47
• 1 inch per month: $78.24
• 1 ½ inch per month: $100.60

Water Usage Charge ($ per Cubic Feet)

• Tier 1 (0 to 400 cf): $0.0131 per cubic feet (cf)
• Tier 2 (400 to 2,000 cf): $0.0295 per cf
• Tier 3 (2,000 to 5,000 cf): $0.0472 per cf
• Tier 4 (5,000+ cf): $0.0656 per cf

Commercial Rate

Basic Charge

• ¾ inch per month: $61.47
• 1 inch per month: $78.24
• 1 ½ inch per month: $100.60
• 2 inches per month: $162.07
• 3 inches per month: $614.75
• 4 inches per month: $782.41

Water Usage Charge ($ per cf)

• Uniform Rate: $0.0655 per cf

Monthly basic charge will apply to all meters (active and inactive).

Connect Fee

System Development Fees – Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU), Duplexes, Multi-Unit Dwellings

ADU’s, duplexes and multi-unit dwellings may be permitted to connect downstream of the primary meter provided it satisfies regulatory system codes.

ADU’s, duplexes and multi-unit dwellings electing to have multiple meters installed are subject to paying the basic service charge for each meter.

System Development Fees do not include installation costs which are invoiced to ratepayer on a time and material basis.

Real Estate Development Rates – (Fee based on Time & Materials)

• Engineering Study – Cost plus 10% and a $500 deposit may be required

Administrative & Collection Fees

• Set-up Charge: $25
• Late Fee (on balances >$25): $10
• Doorhanger or onsite collection during business hours: $50
• Returned Check or Insufficient Funds Fee: $35
• Returned Check or Insufficient Funds received on disconnect day(s): $75
